Business Analyst ll

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the conceptual, logical, and physical design of Marketing Cloud product enhancements, including data transformation, automation, and integration. The administrator will be actively involved in scoping and design sessions with business teams to understand business processes and how to improve them on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role will actively lead solution design, guide testing strategy, and ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle. The administrator should have general experience with Sales Cloud, expert experience with Marketing Cloud, and be apprised of the evolving technology stack of the Salesforce platform to create innovative solutions that meets and enhances business process needs.

Job Description

Strategy & Planning

o Being well versed in the strategic direction set by the Sales Innovation team and ensures that it is implemented in the architecture of Marketing Cloud products

o Collaborate with leaders on development of internal product roadmap to align with overarching Salesforce Platform strategic goals

Development & Delivery

o Design, lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and transform insights into visions, frameworks, and concepts

o Develop and deliver innovative solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision makers which address their issues and needs to drive business value

o Own capital and operational project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timeline and deliverables are met

Leadership & Training

o Act as a consultant, reviewing solutions built on and/or integrated with Marketing Cloud and recommend improvements

o Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed on the Salesforce platform

o Promote a spirit of business enablement by training fellow colleagues to utilize Salesforce tools and processes more effectively

Innovation & Professional Development

o Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform

o Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create innovative prototypes and proofs of concept

Sr Corp Quality Auditor I

Reports directly to the Manager Corporate Compliance and Quality. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Performs de/anti-icing event quality assessments at stations facilities at domestic locations — and/or client locations as designated by leadership — in support of the de/anti-icing event assessment type assigned to the Stations Quality team. Assessment types include de/anti-icing events and applicable proficiency checks. Identifies and tracks escapes using a quality database. Assists operational areas with the development of corrective action plans and/or approves such plans. Performs follow-up audits, and verifies implementation of corrective actions by operational areas. Communicates company policies and procedures, industry standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, and Imparts quality expertise to internal and external customers. Completes collateral duties that may include project management, data management and analysis.

Quals–

Five (5) years operational experience in an area directly related to airline functional areas (such as Flight Operations, Technical Operations, In-Flight Service, Flight Control, Airport Customer Service, and Corporate Security). Extensive experience leading quality oversight of aviation related operations, with emphasis on de/anti-icing. Experience making independent decisions with minimal oversight that result in quality outcomes. Experience collaborating with internal and external quality customers to drive safety and improvement of performance. Travel domestically 75% or higher required. Manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and objectives. Data analysis and data driven decision making experience. Conduct on-site audits in potentially hazardous operational environments such as during active de/anti-icing events.

Logistics III

The DMS Logistics Specialist will help coordinate international and domestic shipping. Oversee teardown activities from operational sites where DMS performs business operations to repair vendors & the DMS warehouse. The successful candidate will be highly motivated comfortable engaging others, driving action, updating system transactions, coordinating efforts and effectively communicating requirements and status. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast moving work environment with changing priorities being tracked at a detailed level. Coordinate projects involving logistics movements of parts by truck, air, and ocean Track support equipment between sites Report status of parts movements Perform shipment reconciliations Perform system transactions & review data for completeness and accuracy Responsible for performing a wide range of tasks in support of international trade compliance. The position requires use of SAP, MS Excel, Word, Outlook, SNAP-R, ACE and screening tools. Screen business partners and visitors. Prepare shipping packets and complete all required paperwork for internal and external compliance (BOLs, labels, pick tickets and checklists). Maintain recordkeeping requirements for international shipping. Ship goods and verify items against import/export requirements, where applicable Coordinate with transportation companies to plan, schedule and manage import and export shipments. Converting all paper records to digital records. Assist in the writing of procedures, work instructions, forms, and training documents for ITC. Any other duties assigned as determined by the Director of Quality or Global Transportation Program Manager.

Quals–
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Bachelors degree preferred in Materials Management, Trade Compliance Certification, or related field. Prior experience with import & export clearance procedures, & dangerous goods preferred. Candidate should have The ability to be extremely organized, detail oriented, solve problems and be a self-starter. Ability to work under fast paced environment and prioritize objectives. Ability to properly classify products with HTS and ECCN. Willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. TOC badge required.

The Learning Designer (LD) applies instructional design and adult learning principles and strategies to analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate instructional courses, assessments, job aids, and other learning deliverables for all areas of Airline Client and Cargo operations. The LD creates deliverables for all phases of the course creation lifecycle including analysis documents, design documents, storyboards, and final learning deliverables that align to the overall business goals. Project Administrator II

The Fingerprint Technician will offer fingerprint for clients referred to renowned Airline under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved fingerprinting protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Airline’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all fingerprint samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for confirmation. Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position reports directly to the Talent Engagement Manager and partners with team members to achieve the various types of company required and FAA/DOT mandated fingerprinting recording. Specific functions, tasks, and requirements may vary for the Coordinator or may be added depending upon the location, testing volume, and operational and program requirements. Job duties include but may not be limited to: Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of company required and fingerprinting safety sensitive employees. Certify each fingerprint in accordance with the procedures established in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Client). Conduct pre-employment fingerprint for employees transferring into safety sensitive positions. Under limited situations, must be willing to conduct same-gender direct observations of fingerprint production as required by federal law. Fill out all required paperwork and logs associated with the clients fingerprint. Handle sensitive and confidential information. Follow and adhere to regulatory requirements when sanitizing drug testing area, as well as collecting and shipping specimens, to ensure safety of donor and collector, and avoid cross contamination. Serve as liaison to employees being fingerprinted including escorting/directing them to testing facility and educating/answering questions about the process and overall program. Report any notable information to circumstances to Airline staff and/or management, including any behavioral problem that may arise. Ensure appropriate documentation of any instances requiring reports to supervisory staff.

Quals–
Must be able to perform essential functions of the job to accomplish testing services requirements. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required. Must maintain confidentiality. Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work past business hours while changing work assignments, based on operational needs. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other software as needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are desired. Should possess effective judgment and customer-service orientation necessary to instruct program participants, and contractors on policies, procedures, and systems. Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to meet productivity objectives whether working independently or in a team setting. Must demonstrate attention to details, organizational skills, and can comprehend federal and/or state regulated materials. Must be able to handle multiple tasks associated with providing testing services and to professionally respond to changing priorities, with minimum direct supervision. Ability to maintain professionalism always including dealing with difficult as well as sensitive situations such as direct observation collections. Requires coordinating and planning skills in order to develop and carry out testing service schedules in the respective Airline test sites.
