Sr Data Analyst I

Onboard Services, Material Logistics team oversees the planning, distribution, and delivery of all product used in the passenger cabin. The role of the master data specialist is to:
Maintain all areas related to Master Data in SAP, including but not limited to Materials Master, Contracts, Source Lists, Order and Delivery Schedules, Pricing and Station Catalogs.
Assist in the development of lifecycles, processes, and procedures for setting up and maintaining controlling master data for IFS logistics such as item masters, locations, item sources, accounting information, etc.
Enter and maintain master data to support business changes such as product launches, sunsets, new suppliers and warehouses, and updates to accounting.
Work closely across organizational boundaries with stakeholders including planning, service delivery, warehousing, inventory reconciliation, supply chain management, finance, tax teams, and SAP Centre of Excellence.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolution of master data related issues including cross-organization work as appropriate.
Manage multiple systems keeping master data in line through all systems utilized by IFS Logistics.
Review existing methods of data management to make recommendations on streamlining current processes.
Be well versed in all OBS processes to help brainstorm process improvement opportunities.
Provide insight and information for automation efforts geared at modernizing workflows to achieve greater efficiency
Support SAP users by facilitating system permissions requests with security teams
Administer training regarding relevant logistics systems to assist users with becoming capable users
Create reports that clearly detail status of work products and indicate next steps, blockers, stakeholder responsibilities, etc.
Leverage AI tools to help establish new methods for managing workloads and processes associated with Master Data initiatives including systems permission coordination

Quals–
A bachelor degree in supply chain, IT, business management, or related field is preferred but not essential.
Knowledge and use of SAP materials management is a must.
At least 1 year in a master data management, customer service, or demand planning role. 3 years are required if no degree.
Excellent problem resolution and communication skills.
Excellent at using Microsoft Excel
Capable of reading/writing code (e.g., Python, SQL, etc.)
Use of Winshuttle and Analysis is a plus.
Use of SQL, SAS, or other data tools is a nice to have.

The work center planner position requires a self-motivated person with strong computer, communication, time management, and organizational skills. This person is responsible for performing various physical, clerical, and administrative support duties for the GSE shop and Management. Sr Principal Engineer

Bachelors Degree in Engineering with 3+ years aviation related experience
A minimum 3 years of experience providing engineering liaison support for aircraft during heavy maintenance/modification.
At least 3 years of specific experience in the design, work instruction development and static strength analysis of aircraft structural repairs.
Ability to reverse engineer existing structure aircraft structure to substantiate repair designs
Ability to make major decisions in the development, design, and production of structural repair, modification, and inspection documentation.
Evaluate and interpret AD, FAR, and policy requirements to ensure compliance in all engineering documentation.
Previous airline, OEM or MRO experience with commercial aircraft is strongly preferred.

Technical Support Analyst in Atlanta

Qualifications:
Client is looking for a proven leader in its Major Incident Management Situation Desk role located in the Technology Control Center.
The Technology Control Center (TCC) provides Client and Clients IT end-users with a single point of contact for Information Technology problem resolution.
The Technology Control Center (TCC) is an integral part of the IT Operations responsible for the 24x7x365 daily operations of Clients Computer Network Systems, Voice and Data Systems and Applications.
The Critical Incident Situation Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing 7x24x365 coordination, notification, escalation and resolution of all severe and potential high impact technology issues impacting the normal operations for Client and Client IT environments.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE :
Central point of contact to manage coordination, notification and resolution of incidents and outages. Monitor and ensure the proper documented updates for all incidents to include but not limited to: the incident problem description, categorization, resolution and business/operational impact information.
Liaison to the TCC Duty Manager working as the focal point for all operational concerns by quickly engaging and escalating to the appropriate support teams. Maintain open and accurate communications with all Support Teams located (physically and/or virtually) on the TCC floor.
Review RFC (Request for Change) reports provided by Change Management in order to ensure all changes with potential operational impact are reported to the OCC and Service Desk Leads.
Provide primary facilitation duties during the daily Operational Briefing status calls. Monitor all OCC Briefings. (as required by the TCC Duty Manager). Initiate and coordinate Technical Bridge collaboration space to assist in resolving incident degradations and outages.
Accurately address and work toward a quick resolution for all emails within the TCC and Incident Management mailboxes. (Clean up, archive, organize folders etc.,)
Supportive Liaison between Support Groups on the TCC floor by providing proactive leadership and escalation support to quickly resolve incidents and outages.
Assist escalation when needed to prevent the incident degradation and/or outage.
Keep Shift Briefings current and accurate throughout the shift and ensure that all information regarding the incident including business operational impact is constantly updated and communicated.
Maintain updates to the TCC Ops video wall screens Assist with the 911 (811) Crisis Management Notification Process.
Provide support for OCC and TCC Disaster Recovery Paging notification Procedures. Keep customers updated during outages.
Verify customers recovery and normal operations after the impact has ended. Add configurations to CA Spectrum and UIM with monitoring tools.
Monitor and work to correct monitoring thresholds that create erroneous incidents.
