Records Specialist I

As a Records Specialist in HR, your duties will include retrieving, documenting and dispositioning employee records. You will provide HR records support and assist the HR Towers which includes the following workgroups (Healthcare, Retirement, Recruitment, Payroll, Disability, HRSD, Pension/401K). HR Records will support/assist the Legal subpoena team with available information needed to complete the subpoena requests and will provide the available data collected to the Subpoena team. You will be working with known systems and/or repositories that store HR data and records, such as: ODM Portal managed by HR Records Activities include New User Set-up, User Guide and Password resets. ESC – Employee Service Center (managed by Conduent) Equal Opportunity – EO uses a repository maintain and store EO records. Legal Uses a repository for Legal records that they maintain Iron Mountain Storage PMNW (Pre-Merger Northwest) Iron Mountain Storage – You will be required to: track and safeguard HR records, by efficiently coordinating the transfer of records to off-site storage. plan quarterly activities that create awareness of Companys corporate retention policies that support ERIM (Enterprise Records and Information Management) Participate in HR Record clean-up days supported by ERIM and other enterprise records retention programs.

HR Project Manager II

Performs federally required CHRC screening adjudication processes to comply with security regulations and company policy regarding SIDA badge/access for client and its subsidiaries and Rap Back processing to include internal and external candidates. Manages and maintains the Corporate Database for criminal history records check and necessary documentation to meet all federal, state, and local requirements, as well as company policies regarding CHRC for purposes of SIDA badge/access for external candidates and employees and Rap Back notifications. Researches and investigates criminal charges to determine eligibility for SIDA Badge for company New Hires and Internal transfers. Provides guidance regarding interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and reporting obligations. Acts as subject matter expert on SIDA processing and delivers process training to support compliance requirements associated with SIDA badge access, CHRC and Pre-Employment to Field Leaders. Manages all responsibilities of the CHRC inbox to include timely communication with operational Leaders, field HR representatives and internal/external candidates regarding criminal/MVR, SIDA statuses and decisions including adverse actions and/or suspensions of access. Schedules and performs internal audits to measure process effectiveness. Collects and analyzes data and takes appropriate action to respond to internal and external requests. Acts as a liaison with third party administrator as well as regulatory entities as required. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Quals–
Must have minimum of a bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study or equivalent related work experience. Prefer PHR/SPHR certification. Should be able to comprehend and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

Human Resources Assistant II

The Substance Use Screening Technician will offer drug testing for clients referred to Companies under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved drug testing protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Company’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for laboratory confirmation testing. Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position reports directly to the Talent Engagement Manager-with a dotted line to the Substance Testing Programs Manager and partners with team members to achieve the various types of company required and FAA/DOT mandated drug tests. Specific functions, tasks, and requirements may vary for the Coordinator or may be added depending upon the location, testing volume, and operational and program requirements. Job duties include but may not be limited to: Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of Company required and FAA/DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive employees. Certify each drug and alcohol test in accordance with the procedures established in the U.S. Department of Transportation regulation, 49 CFR Part 40 & Part 120. Conduct pre-employment drug screens for employees transferring into safety sensitive positions. Under limited situations, must be willing to conduct same-gender direct observations of specimen production as required by federal law. Fill out all required paperwork and logs associated with the clients substance use test. Handle sensitive and confidential information. Follow and adhere to regulatory requirements when sanitizing drug testing area, as well as collecting and shipping specimens, to ensure safety of donor and collector, and avoid cross contamination. Serve as liaison to employees being tested including escorting/directing them to testing facility and educating/answering questions about the testing process and overall program Report any notable information to circumstances to Company staff and/or management, including any behavioral problem that may arise. Ensure appropriate documentation of any instances requiring reports to supervisory staff.

Must be able to perform essential functions of the job to accomplish testing services requirements. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required. Must maintain confidentiality. Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work past business hours while changing work assignments, based on operational needs. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other software as needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are desired. The Health & Welfare (H&W) Ask HR Specialist will serve as H&W Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) support to our benefits administrator, vendors and the business in order to align operational solutions with company requirements, goals, and objectives. Work with product owners, instructional designers, stakeholders, and managers to plan and manage product page development as it relates to the roadmap. Records Maintenance Coordinator II

Responsible for the handling, generation, and retention of Maintenance visit records. This includes the auditing, indexing, and imaging of visit paperwork for Aircraft that have been produced from Base maintenance. Maintain custody and security of the aircraft work package during the visit Process and record task card additions and deletions requested by maintenance or Planning Start work packages in EmpowerMX, update aircraft information in EMX after arrival Audit task cards, Non-Routine task cards and supporting Maintenance documents for completeness and adherence to published standards Coordinate and resolve issues with problem task cards in with maintenance Attach documents to task cards as required to facilitate maintenance Maintain task card accountability sheet and ensure all documents are accounted for prior to preflight and visit release. Print task cards and documents as required, create work packages for RON/RAD/LTO as needed Prep completed packages for shipping and entry in to records.

Quals–
Four year degree preferred but relevant engine or technical record experience is acceptable. Exceptional Microsoft Office and other computer skills required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as multi-task abilities, strong analytical skills, organization skills, and time- management skills.
