Human Resources Assistant II

The Substance Use Screening Technician will offer drug testing for clients referred to Companies under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved drug testing protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Company’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for laboratory confirmation testing. Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position reports directly to the Talent Engagement Manager-with a dotted line to the Substance Testing Programs Manager and partners with team members to achieve the various types of company required and FAA/DOT mandated drug tests. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other software as needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are desired. Supply Attendant – ATL

**SIDA REQUIRED** The Supply Attendant is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts in the line environment and related materials within logistics operation. Duties include but are not limited to having strong computer skills and comfort with navigating working multiple computer software programs and technology platforms, including but not limited to SAP and Microsoft Office, data accuracy, compliance processes, packaging preservation, proper binning, issuing, receiving and shipping of material managed in the logistics operation. Supply Chain Management is responsible for sourcing and managing contracts in support of the SCM On-board Services department. The Commodity Manager builds and sustains relationships with business leaders, suppliers, and sourcing

professionals.

Flight Attendant Hiring Team Evaluator (Contractor) Remote Position

How Youll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

In-Flight Service (IFS) is seeking candidates with past flight attendant experience or an In-Flight Service support role, to support our mission to hire our next generation of flight attendants. This role will support the flight attendant hiring team by evaluating candidates responses to virtual interviews, using structured scoring guidelines. Successful team members will evaluate all candidates consistently, fairly, and inclusively, while maintaining Airline high standards for quality and professionalism.

This position is remote (no travel or onsite work is required) and your work schedule will be flexible within a committed number of hours per day/week. All work will be conducted within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Summary of Responsibilities

Evaluate candidate responses to virtual (recorded) video interviews:

o Receive a predetermined number of candidate interviews to evaluate per day, to be completed on your own time, provided that all assigned evaluations are submitted prior to the next day

o Access the online interview system to view and complete assigned interview evaluations

o View candidate recorded video responses to structured behavioral interview questions

Business Analyst ll

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will be responsible for the conceptual, logical, and physical design of Marketing Cloud product enhancements, including data transformation, automation, and integration. The administrator will be actively involved in scoping and design sessions with business teams to understand business processes and how to improve them on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This role will actively lead solution design, guide testing strategy, and ensure quality throughout the product development lifecycle. The administrator should have general experience with Sales Cloud, expert experience with Marketing Cloud, and be apprised of the evolving technology stack of the Salesforce platform to create innovative solutions that meets and enhances business process needs.

Job Description

Strategy & Planning

o Being well versed in the strategic direction set by the Sales Innovation team and ensures that it is implemented in the architecture of Marketing Cloud products

o Collaborate with leaders on development of internal product roadmap to align with overarching Salesforce Platform strategic goals

Development & Delivery

o Design, lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and transform insights into visions, frameworks, and concepts

o Develop and deliver innovative solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision makers which address their issues and needs to drive business value

o Own capital and operational project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timeline and deliverables are met

Leadership & Training

o Act as a consultant, reviewing solutions built on and/or integrated with Marketing Cloud and recommend improvements

o Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed on the Salesforce platform

o Promote a spirit of business enablement by training fellow colleagues to utilize Salesforce tools and processes more effectively

Innovation & Professional Development

o Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform

o Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create innovative prototypes and proofs of concept

Quals–

What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification

Salesforce Admin certification

Certified Scrum Product Owner certification

Understanding of AWS cloud technology platform and services

Knowledge of Agile development principles
