Supply Attendant – ATL

**SIDA REQUIRED** The Supply Attendant is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts in the line environment and related materials within logistics operation. Duties include but are not limited to having strong computer skills and comfort with navigating working multiple computer software programs and technology platforms, including but not limited to SAP and Microsoft Office, data accuracy, compliance processes, packaging preservation, proper binning, issuing, receiving and shipping of material managed in the logistics operation. Further responsibilities include but are not limited to: Delivery and retrieval of aircraft parts to airport gates and other maintenance locations. Drives ground support equipment (GSE) or other motorized vehicles, as needed, to complete work activities, including but not limited to sprinter vans, service trucks, tow tractors, and box trucks in close proximity to moving aircraft on the ground. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Quals–
Must satisfactorily complete tests which are structured to determine ability to accomplish the essential functions of the job and the ability to accomplish assigned tasks. Should possess the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy. Prefer experience in warehousing and logistics. Should be a team player with focus on customer service. Must be willing to work rotating shifts and weekends. Additionally, candidate must be able to read and write English and have some working knowledge of personal computers. Candidate should work well with others. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. Senior Manager of MRO Contracts and Services
Support the design and development of MRO, DFP and DMS agreements to a standard by product line in order to reduce contract variation
Negotiate contracts in support of MRO sales activities
Develops highly effective cross-divisional relationships
Implement and maintain service level agreements in accordance with contractual terms

Supply Attendant – TOC

**SIDA REQUIRED** This is for DTW LOCATION. Shift Schedule Required: 1500-2330 (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) on Sunday – Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off.

As a Supply Attendant, you will have responsibility for carrying out the normal day to day activities associated with the warehousing and distribution of parts in support of maintenance activities. Business Analyst III

Support divisional and cross-divisional Safety Risk Management (SRM) activity to ensure all elements are addressed and doumented in accordance with company SMS policy
Lead cross-divisional SRM as needed
Develop, implement and maintain a system to track SRM activity across the company to ensure quality and timeliness of SRM activity as key part of effective risk and change management

Support Program Manager, SMS in oversight of company’s Hazard Reporting Program by processing reports and assigning to investigators as needed, tracking and presenting data/trends to Corporate SMS leadership
Create and update SMS and ASAP SOPs as necessary
Practice safey concious behaviors in all aspects of operational processes and procedures

Quals–
Sound knowledge of safety management principles and practices are required
Strong analytical skills are required
Previous experience in a safety-related field is required
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in aviation management, aviation safety or related field
Broad airline operational knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to create and deliver professional presentations to large audiences including leadership

How Youll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview & Key Responsibilities)

In-Flight Service (IFS) is seeking candidates with past flight attendant experience or an In-Flight Service support role, to support our mission to hire our next generation of flight attendants. This role will support the flight attendant hiring team by evaluating candidates responses to virtual interviews, using structured scoring guidelines. Successful team members will evaluate all candidates consistently, fairly, and inclusively, while maintaining Airline high standards for quality and professionalism.

This position is remote (no travel or onsite work is required) and your work schedule will be flexible within a committed number of hours per day/week. All work will be conducted within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Summary of Responsibilities

Evaluate candidate responses to virtual (recorded) video interviews:

o Receive a predetermined number of candidate interviews to evaluate per day, to be completed on your own time, provided that all assigned evaluations are submitted prior to the next day

o Access the online interview system to view and complete assigned interview evaluations

o View candidate recorded video responses to structured behavioral interview questions

o Record (type) notes to capture key elements of candidates interview responses

o Assign scores to candidates responses to each question, using a structured (1-5) rating scale and behavioral scoring guidelines

o Review scoring of each candidate for accuracy and completeness, and submit the evaluation

Attend an initial virtual or possible in-person training event to learn best practices for conducting effective and inclusive interview evaluations, followed by on-the-job training before independently evaluating candidates

Attend periodic in-person team scoring calibration workshops and receive periodic individual feedback and coaching on your candidate evaluations

Interact frequently with flight attendant hiring team leaders, coordinators, schedulers, and fellow evaluators to ensure an efficient and effective hiring process

Sr Corp Quality Auditor I

Reports directly to the Manager Corporate Compliance and Quality. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Performs de/anti-icing event quality assessments at stations facilities at domestic locations — and/or client locations as designated by leadership — in support of the de/anti-icing event assessment type assigned to the Stations Quality team. Assessment types include de/anti-icing events and applicable proficiency checks. Identifies and tracks escapes using a quality database. Assists operational areas with the development of corrective action plans and/or approves such plans. Performs follow-up audits, and verifies implementation of corrective actions by operational areas. Communicates company policies and procedures, industry standards, Federal Aviation Regulations, and Imparts quality expertise to internal and external customers. Completes collateral duties that may include project management, data management and analysis.

Quals–

Five (5) years operational experience in an area directly related to airline functional areas (such as Flight Operations, Technical Operations, In-Flight Service, Flight Control, Airport Customer Service, and Corporate Security). Extensive experience leading quality oversight of aviation related operations, with emphasis on de/anti-icing. Experience making independent decisions with minimal oversight that result in quality outcomes. Experience collaborating with internal and external quality customers to drive safety and improvement of performance. Travel domestically 75% or higher required. Manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and objectives. Data analysis and data driven decision making experience. Conduct on-site audits in potentially hazardous operational environments such as during active de/anti-icing events.

The DMS Logistics Specialist will help coordinate international and domestic shipping. Oversee teardown activities from operational sites where DMS performs business operations to repair vendors & the DMS warehouse. Prepare shipping packets and complete all required paperwork for internal and external compliance (BOLs, labels, pick tickets and checklists). Maintain recordkeeping requirements for international shipping. Ship goods and verify items against import/export requirements, where applicable Coordinate with transportation companies to plan, schedule and manage import and export shipments. Converting all paper records to digital records. Assist in the writing of procedures, work instructions, forms, and training documents for ITC. Any other duties assigned as determined by the Director of Quality or Global Transportation Program Manager.

Quals–
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Bachelors degree preferred in Materials Management, Trade Compliance Certification, or related field. Prior experience with import & export clearance procedures, & dangerous goods preferred. Candidate should have The ability to be extremely organized, detail oriented, solve problems and be a self-starter. Ability to work under fast paced environment and prioritize objectives. Ability to properly classify products with HTS and ECCN. Willingness to travel as required. Excellent communication skills both verbal & written. TOC badge required.
