HR Project Manager II

Performs federally required CHRC screening adjudication processes to comply with security regulations and company policy regarding SIDA badge/access for client and its subsidiaries and Rap Back processing to include internal and external candidates. Manages and maintains the Corporate Database for criminal history records check and necessary documentation to meet all federal, state, and local requirements, as well as company policies regarding CHRC for purposes of SIDA badge/access for external candidates and employees and Rap Back notifications. Researches and investigates criminal charges to determine eligibility for SIDA Badge for company New Hires and Internal transfers. Provides guidance regarding interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and reporting obligations. Acts as subject matter expert on SIDA processing and delivers process training to support compliance requirements associated with SIDA badge access, CHRC and Pre-Employment to Field Leaders. Manages all responsibilities of the CHRC inbox to include timely communication with operational Leaders, field HR representatives and internal/external candidates regarding criminal/MVR, SIDA statuses and decisions including adverse actions and/or suspensions of access. Schedules and performs internal audits to measure process effectiveness. Collects and analyzes data and takes appropriate action to respond to internal and external requests. Acts as a liaison with third party administrator as well as regulatory entities as required. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Quals–
Must have minimum of a bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study or equivalent related work experience. Prefer PHR/SPHR certification. Should be able to comprehend and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.

The Substance Use Screening Technician will offer drug testing for clients referred to Companies under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved drug testing protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Company’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for laboratory confirmation testing. Supply Attendant – ATL

**SIDA REQUIRED** The Supply Attendant is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts in the line environment and related materials within logistics operation. Duties include but are not limited to having strong computer skills and comfort with navigating working multiple computer software programs and technology platforms, including but not limited to SAP and Microsoft Office, data accuracy, compliance processes, packaging preservation, proper binning, issuing, receiving and shipping of material managed in the logistics operation. Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Contracts Specialist with a strong background in U.S. Government and military contracting, preferably with a legal or compliance background (JD strongly preferred). This role focuses on subcontracting under U.S. Government prime contracts, particularly in support of commercial derivative military aircraft (CDMA) maintenance programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and executing complex government contracts, with deep knowledge of FAR/DFARS, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance requirements.

This position requires the ability to interpret and apply federal acquisition regulations, assess contractual risk, and ensure proper flow-down of prime contract obligations. Candidates should be adept at navigating complex contracting frameworks such as Supplier Statements of Work (SSOW), Performance Work Statements (PWS), IDIQ contracts, and General Terms Agreements (GTAs).

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Formation & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate subcontracts ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and prime contract requirements.
Identify and mitigate high-risk provisions; negotiate modifications or removals where appropriate.
Ensure alignment of subcontract terms with internal policies and legal standards.
Government Contract Risk Analysis
Perform detailed pre-award risk assessments on bid proposals for government and military programs.

Compliance & Process Integration

Quals–
JD or advanced legal degree strongly preferred; MBA or equivalent business degree a plus.
5+ years of experience in U.S. Government contracting, with emphasis on military programs and subcontracting structures.
Proven track record in drafting, negotiating, and executing government contracts and subcontracts.
Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS, SSOW, PWS, IDIQs, GTAs, and related frameworks.
Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

o Being well versed in the strategic direction set by the Sales Innovation team and ensures that it is implemented in the architecture of Marketing Cloud products
o Collaborate with leaders on development of internal product roadmap to align with overarching Salesforce Platform strategic goals
Development & Delivery
o Design, lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to obtain feedback and transform insights into visions, frameworks, and concepts
o Develop and deliver innovative solutions, including solution concepts, to key decision makers which address their issues and needs to drive business value
o Own capital and operational project management in coordination with internal and external stakeholders ensuring timeline and deliverables are met
Leadership & Training
o Act as a consultant, reviewing solutions built on and/or integrated with Marketing Cloud and recommend improvements
o Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed on the Salesforce platform
o Promote a spirit of business enablement by training fellow colleagues to utilize Salesforce tools and processes more effectively
Innovation & Professional Development
o Continually keep abreast of emerging and best-in-class user experiences and maintain understanding of the capabilities of the Salesforce platform
o Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create innovative prototypes and proofs of concept

Quals–
What will give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification
Salesforce Admin certification
Certified Scrum Product Owner certification
Understanding of AWS cloud technology platform and services
Knowledge of Agile development principles
