HR Service Center Representative II

Responsible for the accurate and timely retrieval and dissemination of non-revenue pass travel information to employees, retirees, and survivors. Provides customer service in a call center environment by retrieving information from online resources and interpreting the information and providing the appropriate response to the customer. Performs non-revenue travel updates and case notes in appropriate systems. Communicates effectively and efficiently with all levels of personnel. Examples of, but not limited to, functions performed: Manages information with high level of confidentiality. Communicates with all levels of employees, retirees, survivors, and vested employees. Completes cases within timeframes listed in service level agreements. Provide customer service via phone to active, inactive, retired, survivors involving non-revenue travel related issues. Respond to non-revenue pass travel emails from active, inactive, retired, and survivors. Utilize online chat functionality to provide non-revenue customer service. Other duties as assigned.

Quals–
College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience. Should be highly proficient in verbal and written communication. Should be proficient in math and English grammar and be able to communicate intelligently over the telephone and through written correspondence. Must be able to type 35 WPM. Should exhibit good judgement and decision-making abilities, and the ability of work with minimal supervision. Should be well organized and must be a team player. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of internal and external audiences. Ability to identify and evaluate customer inquiries and problems. Strong customer service focus. Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment. Typing 35 WPM. Must be able to work in a confined office environment. Must be mentally/physically capable of handling stress and diffusing difficult call situations. Extended periods of sitting and talking on the telephone (70-85% of work time spent on telephone) and using computer. Wearing phone headset is required.

The Supply Attendant, who will report to the warehouse manager, is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts and related materials within logistics operation. Must be responsible for safe operation of mechanical and manual material handling equipment, and responsible for safe operation of the company vehicle. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, day shift operation with the occasional flexibility to work on-call hours during evenings and weekends, if needed. Additionally, candidate must be able to read and write English and have some working knowledge of personal computers. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to work in a safe manner and able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. HR Project Manager II

Performs federally required CHRC screening adjudication processes to comply with security regulations and company policy regarding SIDA badge/access for client and its subsidiaries and Rap Back processing to include internal and external candidates. The Substance Use Screening Technician will offer drug testing for clients referred to Companies under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved drug testing protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Company’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for laboratory confirmation testing. Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position reports directly to the Talent Engagement Manager-with a dotted line to the Substance Testing Programs Manager and partners with team members to achieve the various types of company required and FAA/DOT mandated drug tests. Specific functions, tasks, and requirements may vary for the Coordinator or may be added depending upon the location, testing volume, and operational and program requirements. Job duties include but may not be limited to: Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of Company required and FAA/DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing for safety sensitive employees. Certify each drug and alcohol test in accordance with the procedures established in the U.S. Department of Transportation regulation, 49 CFR Part 40 & Part 120. Conduct pre-employment drug screens for employees transferring into safety sensitive positions. Under limited situations, must be willing to conduct same-gender direct observations of specimen production as required by federal law. Fill out all required paperwork and logs associated with the clients substance use test. Handle sensitive and confidential information. Follow and adhere to regulatory requirements when sanitizing drug testing area, as well as collecting and shipping specimens, to ensure safety of donor and collector, and avoid cross contamination. Serve as liaison to employees being tested including escorting/directing them to testing facility and educating/answering questions about the testing process and overall program Report any notable information to circumstances to Company staff and/or management, including any behavioral problem that may arise. Ensure appropriate documentation of any instances requiring reports to supervisory staff.

Must be able to perform essential functions of the job to accomplish testing services requirements. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required. Must maintain confidentiality. Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work past business hours while changing work assignments, based on operational needs. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other software as needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are desired.
