Records Maintenance Coordinator II

Responsible for the handling, generation, and retention of Maintenance visit records. This includes the auditing, indexing, and imaging of visit paperwork for Aircraft that have been produced from Base maintenance. Maintain custody and security of the aircraft work package during the visit Process and record task card additions and deletions requested by maintenance or Planning Start work packages in EmpowerMX, update aircraft information in EMX after arrival Audit task cards, Non-Routine task cards and supporting Maintenance documents for completeness and adherence to published standards Coordinate and resolve issues with problem task cards in with maintenance Attach documents to task cards as required to facilitate maintenance Maintain task card accountability sheet and ensure all documents are accounted for prior to preflight and visit release. Print task cards and documents as required, create work packages for RON/RAD/LTO as needed Prep completed packages for shipping and entry in to records.

Quals–
Four year degree preferred but relevant engine or technical record experience is acceptable. Exceptional Microsoft Office and other computer skills required. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as multi-task abilities, strong analytical skills, organization skills, and time- management skills.

Job Description: The Health & Welfare (H&W) Ask HR Specialist will serve as H&W Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) support to our benefits administrator, vendors and the business in order to align operational solutions with company requirements, goals, and objectives. The PM will manage medical and religious accommodation requests, including gathering documentation and reviewing requests, communicating with the employee and operational and HR leaders; evaluating requests; providing guidance to leaders and HR; recommending accommodations; drafting correspondence; tracking results; and recommending process improvements.

Quals–
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles. Associate degree in vocational rehabilitation, human resources management, or in a related field of study or 5 years of experience in evaluating accommodation options, HR functions, or talent acquisition. Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills, strong management presence, adaptability and have the ability to work successfully across business unit lines and at all levels. Must have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision. Should be able to think strategically, lead and influence decision making and be able to build and maintain effective relationships. Should be able to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure with complex issues within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives.
