Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and execute security incident response plans and cyber forensic investigations for investigating all reported security incidents.

– Develop comprehensive incident reports and investigation summaries.

The Sr. Engineer will play a pivotal role in the administration of Omnissa Workspace One (AirWatch), specifically for mobile and Apple MacBook devices. This position will drive device patching compliance, ensuring that all devices are up-to-date with the latest security measures and software enhancements. Oversee end-to-end testing by establishing test plans, scopes of work, and dependency traceability.

Manage progress status, escalate, and mitigate risks, and coordinate defect resolution.

Conduct daily defect calls to expedite issue resolution, if necessary.

Ensure adherence to quality standards through audits, reviews, and validations.

Contribute to improving testing standards.

Define objectives and develop suitable strategies for program execution.

Formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected projects to assess performance, ROI, deadlines, and budgets.

Plan program delivery in alignment with organizational mission and goals.

Develop and manage budgets and operational plans.

Coordinate services across different program activities for increased efficiency.

Provide consistent progress reporting and escalate risks to drive resolution.
