Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive analysis of cross-channel campaigns, identifying key performance metrics and producing actionable insights to improve performance.
Work closely with the Customer Data Platform team to leverage data use case initiatives, enhancing our understanding of the customer journey.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)
Proven experience or a degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
Proven experience in a data analytics role, preferably within an omnichannel environment.
Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and software, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, or Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.

Responsibilities:
Transforming business requirements into conceptual/logical application architectures
Determining feasibility & scalability of front-end solutions, interacting with business and product owners in order to define technical solutions for customer problems
Production issue triage, management, and prevention as needed
Technical definition and implementation for analytics, error logging/tracking, and other key functional customer interactions on Airline Website.
UI Design reviews for feasibility and impact analysis
Develop sustainable Accessibility compliant solutions
Technical debt resolutions, prevention & code reviews
Analysis and implementation of Performance/Stability/ Reliability initiatives
Research & Development of POCs & innovative new ideas for customer interactions -Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.

Associate Service Desk Specialist

Responsible for providing technical advice and guidance to IT users, employing a high degree of customer service, technical expertise, incident resolution, and timeliness. ‘-Provides 1st and 2nd level technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. -Monitors tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority and redirect problems to correct resource. -Applies business/technical support concepts to perform Tier 1 and 2 technical support and escalate issues requiring upper 2nd or 3rd level support. -Utilizes and maintains the helpdesk tracking software. -Manages follow-ups and hand-offs on behalf of the user
