This includes the auditing, indexing, and imaging of visit paperwork for Aircraft that have been produced from Base maintenance. Maintain custody and security of the aircraft work package during the visit Process and record task card additions and deletions requested by maintenance or Planning Start work packages in EmpowerMX, update aircraft information in EMX after arrival Audit task cards, Non-Routine task cards and supporting Maintenance documents for completeness and adherence to published standards Coordinate and resolve issues with problem task cards in with maintenance Attach documents to task cards as required to facilitate maintenance Maintain task card accountability sheet and ensure all documents are accounted for prior to preflight and visit release. Respond to non-revenue pass travel emails from active, inactive, retired, and survivors. Utilize online chat functionality to provide non-revenue customer service. Other duties as assigned.

Quals–
College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience. Should be highly proficient in verbal and written communication. Should be proficient in math and English grammar and be able to communicate intelligently over the telephone and through written correspondence. Must be able to type 35 WPM. Should exhibit good judgement and decision-making abilities, and the ability of work with minimal supervision. Should be well organized and must be a team player. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position. Effective oral and written communication skills necessary to interact with all levels of internal and external audiences. Ability to identify and evaluate customer inquiries and problems. Strong customer service focus. Ability to operate a PC in a Windows environment. Typing 35 WPM. Must be able to work in a confined office environment. Must be mentally/physically capable of handling stress and diffusing difficult call situations. Extended periods of sitting and talking on the telephone (70-85% of work time spent on telephone) and using computer. Wearing phone headset is required.

Warehouse Supply Attendant

The Supply Attendant, who will report to the warehouse manager, is responsible for warehousing and distribution of aircraft parts and related materials within logistics operation. Must be responsible for safe operation of mechanical and manual material handling equipment, and responsible for safe operation of the company vehicle. Duties include, but are not limited to: Accurate data entry into SAP Packaging goods Proper binning & issuing of materials from stock Inventory audits Monitor Preservation of certain Inventory Compliance to warehouse processes Courier driver Loading and unloading Inventory from trucks.

Quals–
Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check, and show ability to safely operate material handling equipment. Should possess the ability to meet deadlines with high productivity and accuracy. Prefer experience in warehousing and logistics. Must be a team player with focus on customer service. Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Monday thru Friday, day shift operation with the occasional flexibility to work on-call hours during evenings and weekends, if needed. Additionally, candidate must be able to read and write English and have some working knowledge of personal computers. Must be able to work well with others. Must be able to work in a safe manner and able to lift up to 80 lbs utilizing proper equipment or assistance. Must be performing satisfactorily in present position.
