Sachin Alug founded NLB Services in 2007 from a single office in the US. What started as a small bet has grown into a global workforce and digital solutions company with 8,000+ people across 15 locations, and he's been at the centre of that growth every step of the way. He has an extensive 25+ years of experience in supply chain management, quality assurance, managed business and product development. He started with a clear conviction that technology alone doesn't transform businesses, the right people and processes do. That belief still drives how NLB operates.
