HR Program Specialist I

The Health & Welfare (H&W) Ask HR Specialist will serve as H&W Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) support to our benefits administrator, vendors and the business in order to align operational solutions with company requirements, goals, and objectives. Will be primarily focused on daily responses to employee questions within internal employee HR service function. This is leveraging ServiceNow technology and consistently responding to Tier 1, and Tier 2 question escalations. Will serve as an overall subject matter expert of health and welfare programs administered by company HR Services including all processes, procedures, and policies. Responsible for ensuring any data issues are handled appropriately by providing direction to various business partners as needed. Proactively educates employee on Air Lines policies and procedures as it pertains to the roles & responsibilities of the vendor and the attributes of the plans.

Quals–
4 year college degree or equivalent study/ experience required Preferred minimum five years benefits or similar experience with demonstrated expertise in benefit operations and vendor management. Successful candidate must be a self-starter who takes full accountability for performance and requires minimum supervision. Key responsibilities include:

– Coordinating with multiple Detla divisions and the third-party vendor to address system related issues realted to performance, bugs, and related trouble-shooting
– Actively participating in weekly vendor support calls
– Partnering with operational safety leaders to assess and maintain system functionality and relevancy

Reports directly to the Manager Corporate Compliance and Quality. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. In-Flight Service (IFS) is seeking candidates with past flight attendant experience or an In-Flight Service support role, to support our mission to hire our next generation of flight attendants. This role will support the flight attendant hiring team by evaluating candidates responses to virtual interviews, using structured scoring guidelines. Successful team members will evaluate all candidates consistently, fairly, and inclusively, while maintaining Airline high standards for quality and professionalism.

This position is remote (no travel or onsite work is required) and your work schedule will be flexible within a committed number of hours per day/week. All work will be conducted within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Summary of Responsibilities

Evaluate candidate responses to virtual (recorded) video interviews:

o Receive a predetermined number of candidate interviews to evaluate per day, to be completed on your own time, provided that all assigned evaluations are submitted prior to the next day

o Access the online interview system to view and complete assigned interview evaluations

o View candidate recorded video responses to structured behavioral interview questions

o Record (type) notes to capture key elements of candidates interview responses

o Assign scores to candidates responses to each question, using a structured (1-5) rating scale and behavioral scoring guidelines

o Review scoring of each candidate for accuracy and completeness, and submit the evaluation
