Enterprise Project Manager
Responsibilities:

Prioritizing, overseeing, and managing a diverse set of customer data use cases set forth by the enterprise.

Driving the Customer Data Platform strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.

Create, maintain, and track project plans and schedules, resource estimates, and roadblocks throughout the life of the project.

Apply project management tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

HR Program Specialist I

The Health & Welfare (H&W) Ask HR Specialist will serve as H&W Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) support to our benefits administrator, vendors and the business in order to align operational solutions with company requirements, goals, and objectives. Will be primarily focused on daily responses to employee questions within internal employee HR service function. This is leveraging ServiceNow technology and consistently responding to Tier 1, and Tier 2 question escalations. Reports directly to the Manager Corporate Compliance and Quality. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures. Performs de/anti-icing event quality assessments at stations facilities at domestic locations — and/or client locations as designated by leadership — in support of the de/anti-icing event assessment type assigned to the Stations Quality team. Extensive experience leading quality oversight of aviation related operations, with emphasis on de/anti-icing. Experience making independent decisions with minimal oversight that result in quality outcomes. Experience collaborating with internal and external quality customers to drive safety and improvement of performance. Travel domestically 75% or higher required. Manage project execution and follow up, monitor and manage information, balance multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines and objectives. The Fingerprint Technician will offer fingerprint for clients referred to renowned Airline under the supervision of the Talent Engagement Manager. The technician will adhere to all of the approved fingerprinting protocols, as detailed. All documentation procedures shall be completed in line with Airline’s rules and procedures, guaranteeing proper chain of custody protocols for all fingerprint samples taken, recorded, and transmitted for confirmation. Responsibilities: The Talent Acquisition Coordinator position reports directly to the Talent Engagement Manager and partners with team members to achieve the various types of company required and FAA/DOT mandated fingerprinting recording. Specific functions, tasks, and requirements may vary for the Coordinator or may be added depending upon the location, testing volume, and operational and program requirements. Job duties include but may not be limited to: Responsible for the accurate, timely, and efficient administration of company required and fingerprinting safety sensitive employees. Certify each fingerprint in accordance with the procedures established in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Client). Conduct pre-employment fingerprint for employees transferring into safety sensitive positions. Under limited situations, must be willing to conduct same-gender direct observations of fingerprint production as required by federal law. Fill out all required paperwork and logs associated with the clients fingerprint. Handle sensitive and confidential information. Follow and adhere to regulatory requirements when sanitizing drug testing area, as well as collecting and shipping specimens, to ensure safety of donor and collector, and avoid cross contamination. Serve as liaison to employees being fingerprinted including escorting/directing them to testing facility and educating/answering questions about the process and overall program. Report any notable information to circumstances to Airline staff and/or management, including any behavioral problem that may arise. Ensure appropriate documentation of any instances requiring reports to supervisory staff.

Quals–
Must be able to perform essential functions of the job to accomplish testing services requirements. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required. Must maintain confidentiality. Requires a flexible schedule with the ability to work past business hours while changing work assignments, based on operational needs. Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other software as needed. Strong oral and written communication skills are desired. Should possess effective judgment and customer-service orientation necessary to instruct program participants, and contractors on policies, procedures, and systems. Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to meet productivity objectives whether working independently or in a team setting. Must demonstrate attention to details, organizational skills, and can comprehend federal and/or state regulated materials. Must be able to handle multiple tasks associated with providing testing services and to professionally respond to changing priorities, with minimum direct supervision. Ability to maintain professionalism always including dealing with difficult as well as sensitive situations such as direct observation collections. Requires coordinating and planning skills in order to develop and carry out testing service schedules in the respective Airline test sites.
