Program Manager

As part of Release Management and application Change Management processes, this role is responsible for managing and coordinating all application changes and releases for HRIT portfolio of applications. HR Program Manager

As an Accommodation Program Manager (PM) you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance for all aspects of corporate accommodation policies, programs, and guidelines relating to equal opportunity (EO) and supports company Rules of the Road and Flight Plan by assisting employees to continue their careers through reasonable accommodation.

Experience with Windows OS, Group Policy, Use of tools for Operating System Troubleshooting (e.g. Event Log, Wireshark), Upgrade Troubleshooting, Knowledge of AD / DNS, Knowledge of Power Shell, Knowledge of software distribution and ability to quickly triage problems are key. This position will serve as an escalation point for Windows 10 deployments and upgrades. Servers as a liaison with other technology teams to ensure build and upgrade issues are resolved. Customer service skills are essential, along with excellent communication, interpersonal skills, analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
