Facilitates the implementation and support of Salesforce modules to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Designs, configures, and tests various Salesforce Modules
Analyzes the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
Carries out complex or Client assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards

Quals--
6 + years of experience required

Top 5 must have skillsets:

1. Building user profiles, permission sets, and groups
2. Ability to articulate why you would build a process in Salesforce and how to business stakeholders and other counterparts in IT
3. Able to troubleshoot and reverse engineer when flows do not work as expected or user's experience in the system does not align with trained process
4. Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
5. Familiarity with deploying change sets and managing change in complex environments
