High School Diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency.
Experience working in an enterprise IT environment (on prem & cloud), evaluating IT system resiliency via recovery plans inclusive of logical and physical (Visio) diagrams.
Demonstrate teamwork skills, be innovative, creative, and have strong technical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with multiple levels of employees and management, capable of successful formal and informal communication, speaks and writes clearly and understandably at the right level.
Delivers quality work on time, translates planning into action by following applicable established procedures or methodologies.

Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or related academic field of study.
Technical & Business requirements writing experience.
Certification in Business Continuity or Disaster Recovery a plus but not required.
ServiceNow experience.
ITIL Foundations certification.
Experience in the airline industry and technologies.

Seeking an experienced Senior IT Disaster Recovery Analyst, with ITSM Incident Management experience, to join the IT team. This position will collaborate with business units, Business Continuity, and IT stakeholders in support of IT Disaster Recovery readiness for Air Lines in accordance with industry best practices. This role to be located onsite in Atlanta, GA; fully remote not an option.
JOB OVERVIEW
Autonomously create and lead criteria-driven IT Service Management (ITSM) incident management tabletops and exercises which result in an Executive Summary report and facilitate historical metric reporting.
Autonomously create and lead criteria-driven ITSM Vendor Management post incident reviews, which identify interoperability opportunities and result in Continual Service Improvements (CSI) between company and its critical vendors.
Organize and lead IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) production system fail-over exercises with internal application owners and external vendors.
Governance analysis of IT Disaster Recovery Plans of on-prem and cloud hosted systems for risks against published technical standards and formerly document any ITDR-related risks.
Conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) interviews & surveys with business units and IT application owners to assess business criticality, confirm system resiliency, and assign a disaster recovery tier commensurate with organizational needs.
Continuously analyze and maintain the integrity of ITDR program data sources.
Deliver scheduled ITDR program reporting including overall recovery strategy, status reports, presentations of ITDR program elements, etc.
Collaborate with IT Service Management including participation in Incident, Change, and Release Management activities to ensure alignment with IT Disaster Recovery strategy.
Recommend ITDR Program elements and activity improvements via innovation, automation, and streamlining.
Participate in IT project planning, providing ITDR analysis and expertise evaluation of recovery options.
Maintain close collaboration with Business Continuity and Emergency Management divisional partners.
Rotational on call response to high-priority incidents in the event of an ITDR activation.
Other duties as assigned.
