Technical Skills
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP security design, implementation, and administration in SAP ECC, including production support.
Expertise in SAP security objects across modules: AM, BC, FI, MM, PM, PS, QA, SD.
Proficient in SAP authorization concepts, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with SAP BTP security administration, including global account provisioning, authentication, IAS/IPS administration, and trust/federation configuration.
Strong understanding of SOX compliance, system risks, segregation of duties, and mitigating controls.
Familiarity with SAP Basis, ABAP objects, transports, and integration points.
Experience with SAP GRC 10.x (required); AC12 experience is a plus.
SAP HCM authorization experience (Payroll, Time, OM/PA) and structural profiles (preferred).
Knowledge of SAP Fiori and Gateway authorizations (preferred).
Experience with SAP HANA BI role design and user administration (plus).
Experience with SAP Ariba, Extended Warehouse Management and Transportation Management (plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and database tools.
Understanding of identity management, SSO, mobile, and cloud security solutions.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Security Analyst to design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles in alignment with security standards and SOX compliance requirements. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, SAP functional architects, and developers to ensure a secure, auditable, and compliant SAP environment. While primarily focused on production support, the position also includes coordinating ongoing project deployments to maintain adherence to security methodology and design principles.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, create, and maintain SAP security roles and profiles to meet compliance and business needs.
Collaborate with functional teams, developers, and business units to deliver secure solutions.
Ensure audit compliance and contribute to SAP security policies, procedures, and best practices.
Support production environments and coordinate security aspects of new implementations and projects.
Provide thought leadership on security design, risk mitigation, and future supportability.
Create and maintain security standards, procedures, and technical documentation
