Performs federally required CHRC screening adjudication processes to comply with security regulations and company policy regarding SIDA badge/access for client and its subsidiaries and Rap Back processing to include internal and external candidates. Manages and maintains the Corporate Database for criminal history records check and necessary documentation to meet all federal, state, and local requirements, as well as company policies regarding CHRC for purposes of SIDA badge/access for external candidates and employees and Rap Back notifications. Researches and investigates criminal charges to determine eligibility for SIDA Badge for company New Hires and Internal transfers. Provides guidance regarding interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures for compliance and reporting obligations. Acts as subject matter expert on SIDA processing and delivers process training to support compliance requirements associated with SIDA badge access, CHRC and Pre-Employment to Field Leaders. Manages all responsibilities of the CHRC inbox to include timely communication with operational Leaders, field HR representatives and internal/external candidates regarding criminal/MVR, SIDA statuses and decisions including adverse actions and/or suspensions of access. Schedules and performs internal audits to measure process effectiveness. Collects and analyzes data and takes appropriate action to respond to internal and external requests. Acts as a liaison with third party administrator as well as regulatory entities as required. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Quals--
Must have minimum of a bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field of study or equivalent related work experience. Prefer PHR/SPHR certification. Should be able to comprehend and apply regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
