    Key Responsibilities

    • Address customer inquiries and complaints using email/chat/voice, ensuring responses are timely, professional, and accurate.
    • Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain strong customer satisfaction levels.
    • Effectively manage and resolve customer issues related to travel and aviation, including bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
    • Use excellent negotiation skills to provide customer-centric solutions in all interactions.
    • Uphold high standards of communication ethics and professionalism.
    • Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies to improve service efficiency.

    Required Skills

    • Fluency in English and Hindi
    • Customer-focused mindset
    • Proficiency in computer use, and typing speed of 30-35 WPM
    • Previous experience in customer service for travel domain
    • Willingness to work flexible, 24/7 shifts, including nights

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with airline voice and chat teams, particularly in handling business class, nodal, or leadership-related cases
    • International experience in airline customer support is a significant advantage
