    Experience Requirements

    • Jr Associates: Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in travel customer service across various communication channels.
    • Associates: At least 1 year of relevant experience in travel customer support.
    • Sr Associates (SME): At least 2 years of experience, preferably in aviation or travel-related customer service.

    Educational Qualification

    • Graduate, with strong communication skills in both English and Hindi.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via email, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
    • Deliver high-quality customer service for travel and aviation-related issues, including bookings, cancellations, and general questions.
    • Exhibit strong negotiation and customer-centric skills to effectively resolve complex situations.
    • Maintain professionalism and adhere to high standards of email communication ethics.
    • Utilize Salesforce for managing customer interactions and accurately documenting records.
    • Stay adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies to enhance service efficiency.

    Required Skills

    • Fluent in English and Hindi, with a typing speed of 35-40 WPM.
    • Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach.
    • Strong written communication and computer proficiency, with familiarity in Salesforce.
    • Relevant experience in customer service or travel support, with a background in aviation preferred.
    • Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts, including night shifts.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience working with an airline email team, especially managing business class, nodal, or leadership cases.
    • International experience in airline customer support is an added advantage.
