Invoicing Analyst

Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
Review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards and service level agreements
Investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language and usage details; identify root causes of recurring errors or non compliant invoicing behaviors
Document findings, trends and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance

**Role is hybrid in-office / remote work

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field preferred
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite
Demonstrate initiative and self-direct work with ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be performing satisfactorily in present position

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems preferred
Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting or quantitative fields preferred but not required
