Collaborate with architect, business and management evaluating business goals for capture and understand performance testing requirements
Drive performance testing feasibility assessments and estimations
Develop performance workload model based on analysis of testing requirements
Drive solutions for new technologies
Create test plan or strategy identifying testing scope, activities, roles and responsibilities, risks and propose solutions to deliver project on time
Provide recommendations and collaborate with team to fine tune applications
Publish final sign off report apprising stake holders summarizing execution, analysis and recommendations
Lead onsite and offshore resources
Facilitate resource allocations for assigned projects
Understanding AND review of test scripts / problem solving
Drive NFRs and performance strategy for large programs
Extrapolate tests results to recommend production capacity

Quals--
9-10 years of Performance Testing and Engineering experience
Experience leading large programs and portfolios (a line of business) for E2E PT
Hands on Load Runner experience to script and execute tests as needed
Experience of working in Agile and DevOps environments
Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace
Proficient in analyzing performance test results and working with technical teams to resolve bottlenecks.
