Full Stack Developer

Create innovative product designs in collaboration with product owners, partners, and engineering to understand business requests, desired outcomes, and create innovative product visions Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps Design everything from high level flows, to detailed wireframes, to high fidelity mockups, to clickable prototypes to express vision Research and conduct informal testing to validate design directions and inform new thinking for key features Collaborate with product team members to design solutions for complex problems Present designs to stakeholders and product owners Contribute to improving design team tools and processes -Assists in defining alternate solutions for the business problem.

Quals--
6 + years of experience required. UX Designer Role Strong User Experience design experience. Apply Design Thinking principles. Exhibits courage and provides strong perspective Demonstrates great work ethic and positive attitude Communicates ideas and designs to end user and product team members Advocates for user-centered design in all products Pays excellent attention to quality and detail Strong experience with Figma and other design tools Ability to prioritize tasks and goals independently Experience in Figma, Experience in user interviews, Design thinking principles.
