Being a global leader, the company acknowledges the end-to-end needs of a business, from strategic planning to handling operations. The Need for Change | Challenges Encountered

The pandemic-induced attrition rate and ever-growing industry demand coerced the brand into covering up lost talent by filling roles in both niche and non-niche categories. As a result, the team set up a target of hiring 100+ roles per month. 

The redundancy in talent processes not only increased the hiring TAT but the teams became less focused on niche hiring to achieve quick wins. Amid complete chaos and no firm action plan to follow, there were obvious tracking gaps in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, leading to no visibility and impossible control of the talent strategy.

The Solution That Changed Everything

The company was dealing with high-offer dropouts. After revisiting their HR strategy, the team realized the need for a focused RPO solution. This all led the way for NLB’s RPO solution that not only established the hiring process TAT at each level but also implemented a robust framework.

  • From L1 & L2 interviews being set to be completed within 48 hrs of timeframe each to documentation and offer processing being positioned to be completed in 72 hrs, the entire interview process was mapped in a planned manner.
  • To seamlessly manage the hiring process and onboard highly-adept talent, NLB deployed 3 dedicated team leads for 9 BU SPOCs.
  • NLB positioned a delivery lead who not only oversaw the flow but also identified RACI to minimize process leakages.
  • NLB’s team leads took over the role of team implants who worked closely with this system integrator’s hiring manager with live sourcing to understand their mindset. The association enabled the team to close roles with quality candidates in a short period of time.
  • Daily/weekly/monthly dashboard reporting and tracking were being conducted to identify and resolve the key highlights and summary of the hiring process so far.

Business Impact and Results

After its successful association with NLB Services, the company was able to witness tremendous results in the context of both high-quality candidates and less process time. Team NLB empowered the brand to reduce the hiring time from 20 days to 10 days.

Moreover, NLB’s team helped the company engage candidates with comprehensive communication and complete transparency. While it witnessed 450+ selections, 400+ offers were raised, out of which 215+ candidates were successfully on-boarded in a duration of 6 months.
