Style Consultants Lead

Providing daily updates on the progress of the fittings along with raising any red-flags that need to be addressed
Working closely with the team for overall flow management and making sure New Hire flight attendants have a positive fit experience
Provide training and coaching as necessary
Handle issues related to tardiness, absences, professional development, etc.
Be able to assist in any of the roles noted and provide direction/guidance .

Quals--
Previous retail and customer service experience.
Strong and professional communication and organizational skills to interact daily with persons of various social, cultural, economic and educational backgrounds.
The ability to maintain an organized workload and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must present a neat professional appearance and demeanor, including the ability and willingness to adhere to Deltas uniform standards and appearance guidelines.
Must practice safety-conscious behaviors in all job-related processes and procedures.
Must be willing to work 10-12 hour shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.
May be required to move objects up to 20 lbs. from one level to another.
Must present the ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs.
Must be knowledgeable with use of technology, including use of iPad, Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
Background in fitting/tailoring/personal styling and/or fashion consulting preferred but not required.
