Responsible for contract management support, including the handling of contractual information updates, routing approvals, and CRIM requirements; perform minor contracting related to routine rate or scope changes.
Build and submit Outline Agreements (OAs) to capture contract pricing within Company s SAP system and prevent contract leakage
Support on-site Supplier Performance Review meetings including attendee coordination, meeting material consolidation and distribution, etc.
Prepare purchase order template for processing by offshore team and facilitate vendor setup and vendor update requests within APEX
Validate supplier profile changes (bank account, address, etc.) and update in DL s vendor management system and manage the approval process
Work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to assist with AOG (operationally critical) and chronically late material and/or repair deliveries
Develops and supports policies and processes to improve commodity management that drive financial and operational efficiencies
Ariba liaison with technology team and offshore team for tactical contract issue resolution
Support price solicitations, catalog pricing reviews and contract escalation validations
Work with business units and suppliers to resolve appropriate invoice and/or late payment issues

Quals--
(preferred qualifications):

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, Finance, Operations or Strategic Management (or other related degree) or relevant experience
The ability to effectively multi-task and re-prioritize in a fluid and demanding environment
Experience with the strategic sourcing process and reading and interpreting contracts

(minimum qualifications):

High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience building relationships and working cross functional with multiple stakeholders
Embodies a high level of initiative and intuition in managing workload and escalating issues
Must have quality written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively navigate, modify, and work with data
Must be able to understand and develop complex spreadsheets and presentations
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
