We are seeking tech-savvy, detailed oriented individuals who are comfortable and proficient working with Excel files. Feedback files will either be delivered via Excel files or team members may need to extract data from the appropriate systems such as FACTS. The role requires extensive reading comprehension, validation, analysis, and filtering of customer and flight attendant provided feedback to determine the next steps.
Aid in light data analysis and project tracking
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assignments
Process IFS customer compliments and complaints, etc. in a timely manner in accordance with established processes.
Pull and distribute ad hoc FACTS reports as needed for cross-divisional stakeholders to support investigations
Proactively respond to and act upon time sensitive matters requiring input
Complete required training for role and attend weekly team meetings
Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
Must be able to work well in a team environment
Must be able to work flexible hours: 36 hours Monday-Friday in office, 2 hours each on Saturday and Sunday in office or remote
Must be approachable and have strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Must have proven sound decision-making skills in a high pressure, time critical environment
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
Must be proficient with use of standard Microsoft Office applications and working knowledge of or ability to learn (any specific to company) applications
No hotel, travel, or meal expenses will be reimbursed, and PSY travel is not authorized unless approved by the Director, IFS Field Effectiveness and will only be approved when associated with company business
Must be performing satisfactorily in current role; no performance development of Written Coaching or higher.
