Job title: Manager - Data Engineering & BI
Job location: Alpharetta, GA and unanticipated client sites across the US. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate domestically.
Job duration: Permanent position, Full time, Mon - Fri, 40 hours per week.
Number of positions: 1 opening.
Job description: Direct/coordinate data engineering & BI operations, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, providing implementation support. Define, execute Analytics Data Engineering roadmap. Design/build data validation layer based on business requirements, conduct performance tuning/enhancement of reports/dashboards, create data architecture design using Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Teradata, SQL, Business Objects, TOAD, JIRA, Shell scripting, Agile methodologies. Manage testing, deployment of business processes & configurations.
Education and experience required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (will accept any combination of education and experience determined equivalent to bachelors degree) in Computer Science or Engineering or IT or IS plus 2 years experience in job offered or as Analyst or Engineer or Project Lead. Prior work experience must include 2 years experience using Power BI, Tableau, Azure, Teradata, SQL, Business Objects, TOAD, JIRA, Shell scripting, Agile methodologies.
