Call centre or customer service experience preferred . At least 2 years in voice Programs.
Experience in Email Management
Flexibility to work different shifts (including evenings, weekends, or holidays)
Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner

Basic knowledge of computer software and office systems (Excel/Word/Powerpoint)
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer
Ensure to provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail, chat, etc. in timely and accurate manner.
Serve as liaison between customer support team, management and customer to improve customer service and business productivity.
Analyse customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions.
Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting customer needs in courteous and timely manner.
Track, follow-up and resolve customer's outstanding issues in a timely fashion.
Maintain accuracy of all data and verify same for all customer services.
Administer and prioritize all customer tasks and ensure achievement of all deadlines within required timeframe.
