1. Provide administrative support including, but not limited to, preparing correspondence and reports, performing data entry, sorting and distributing mail, filing, faxing and photocopying.
2. Actively support hiring process including, but not limited to, applicant tracking and follow-up, assembly of interview package, coordination of equipment shipment for WFH hires, and preparation of new hire orientation materials.
3. Process employee exit files and track equipment return as needed.
4. Assist with record retention compliance, including archiving and record destruction as needed based on company Vacations Record Retention Policy.
5. Maintain knowledge of HR related topics to assist employees with general questions and redirect as needed.
6. Monitor the Human Resources mailbox and distribute messages to the appropriate team member.
7. Assist with delivery of programs and events in support of employee engagement and community relations objectives
8. Answer and direct inbound telephone calls, greet visitors and assist CEC employees, ensuring building security procedures are followed.
9. Maintain appropriate department logs and files.
10. Establish and maintain an efficient filing and distribution system.
11. Distribute messages and applicable deliveries to the appropriate individual/department.
12. Assist with operations queue work based on business need.
13. Regularly evaluate processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
14. Act in accordance with departmental privacy and security policies and procedures.
15. Comply with all corporate and departmental policies/procedures and applicable governmental regulations.
16. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned, which may include cross-utilization within the department or with other departments.

1. Attend and participate in meetings that pertain to assigned responsibilities.
2. Assist with special events.
3. Assist with coordination of the Customer Engagement Centers visitor calendar, including scheduling and preparing conference rooms.

Quals--
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and solve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
Knowledge of virtual meeting and graphic software preferred.
Must demonstrate strong English language grammar and writing skills.
Must demonstrate strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Must have the ability to work independently and possess strong communication, analytical, customer service, organizational and proofreading skills.
Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously.
Ability to exercise professionalism and discretion in delicate and confidential situations.
