How youll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities):
This contractor role will assist the Guest Management Lead of the Global Events team to deliver a seamless guest experience for Employee and Customer signature events.
Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):
Support Guest Management Lead and registration team for Employee and Customer signature events which could include:
o Employee events registration
o Guest Questions and communications for Employee and Customer events (e.g., emails, phones)
o Onsite support
o Daily data auditing checking guest information to ensure accurac
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications):
Minimum 2 years related work experience with attention to detail and deadlines and high business acumen needed as communications interface with high value customers
This individual is a strong communicator who is detail oriented, proactive, highly organized and excels in fast-paced environments with changing deadlines and priorities.
This position can be based in Atlanta or remote and may require travel (up to 25%) throughout the assignment.
Demonstrates ability to address complex issues in a clear, thoughtful manner and comes to a resolution quickly without jeopardizing the event
Works collaboratively as a consensus builder in a complex environment
Demonstrates ability to interact and work with all levels of the organization and across functions
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work on multiple complex projects to completion
Proficiency on use of Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, etc.
Quick learner with the ability to grasp complex event technology platforms
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles
Consistently makes safety and security, of self and others, the priority
High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in marketing, business administration, communications, or 2+ years of relevant corporate work experience preferred. Event experience a plus.
Experience using Cvent, Eventboost and other Event Management platforms.
