The TE Team is one of the functions under the Global Leadership, Learning & Development (GLLD) team, the central hub for employee leadership, learning and development. The Talent Enablement (TE) Team drives the success of compan's skills-first talent approach, which leverages transferable skills and experiences to accelerate career growth and compan's commitment to developing and growing our talent pipeline. Reporting to the Program Manager Talent Enablement, the Coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager, HR partners, internal business units, and external partners in supporting the enterprise-wide Apprenticeship Program.

Essential TE Team Functions:
Assist with managing the day-to-day workflow for the team
Perform administrative support including sending calendar invites, capturing meeting minutes, and monitor shared Skills First mailbox
Support the coordination and monitoring of program logistics such as, tracking of apprentice participation, training coordination, program metrics, creating reports and presentations with a strong attention to detail
Collaborate cross-functionally to communicate specific project guidelines and confirm alignment on Skills First Hiring and Skills First Development
Assist with distribution and creation of communication resources (newsletters, brochures, and other program materials) to apprentice program participants
Working in partnership with Talent Acquisition team to document process workflows and best practices for Skills-Based hiring
Report to Talent Enablement Program Managers and Manager and work with them to improve operations and procedures
Consulting with leaders at all levels within company regarding compan's Apprenticeship Program
Assist in apprentice onboarding and engagement activities such as room reservations, speaker series, event planning, working with talent acquisition for computer provisioning
Research, study and analyze data and business cases related to talent mobility, opportunity talent and DE&I trends
Summarize trends for monthly/quarterly reports and feedback surveys, and provide written recommendations for business and process improvements

Quals--
Project Management
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Display strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work efficiently as part of a team and as an individual contributor
Ability to work productively and meet deadlines
A strong self-starter who can manage ambiguity and operate independently
Have a curious mindset and eagerness to learn
Willingness to challenge status quo to solve problems
Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles, leveraging those insights to achieve business goals
Must be able to set priorities in a time sensitive environment based on new program development and be able to manage several responsibilities at once
