This position reports directly to the STP Operations Regional Manager and supports the STP ATG team.

Specific functions, task, and requirements may vary for the Contractor or may be added depending upon the program needs.

Required to maintain Post-accident and Reasonable Suspicion cases.
Ensure STP receives employee documentation in a timely manner and administer quality checks of custody control forms and alcohol forms.

Work daily reports from Quest lab and University Services. Interact with various vendors, clinical services and company leaders at various levels.

Request affidavits and additional documentation as needed from afterhours vendors, clinics, and collectors

Cross trained on process of DOT and NONDOT drug and alcohol collections.

Schedule and coordinate regional city drug and alcohol testing with local managers and clinics. Ensure employee s documentation is received in a timely manner and administer quality checks of custody control forms and alcohol forms. Update DBMS system upon scheduling and completion of tests.

Required to successfully complete DOT Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT)/Collector certification for job knowledge.

Responsible for working an 8:00am to 5:00pm schedule Monday through Friday. Understanding operational need on occasion may require a schedule adjustment.

Handle sensitive and confidential information.

Must be able to perform essential functions of the job to accomplish testing services requirements.

Prior customer service experience is preferred. Minimum of high school diploma/GED or equivalency required.

Must maintain confidentiality.

Should have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn how to use other systems including: DBMS, Crew Management System, SharePoint.

Strong oral and written communication skills are desired. Should possess effective judgment and customer-service orientation necessary to instruct program participants, and contractors on policies, procedures, and systems.

Must be reliable, self-motivated and able to meet productivity objectives whether working independently or in a team setting.

Must demonstrate attention to details, organizational skills, and have the ability to comprehend federal and/or state regulated materials.

Must be able to handle multiple tasks associated with providing testing services, including scheduling tests at multiple test sites, and to professionally respond to changing priorities, with minimum direct supervision.

Must be able to satisfactorily complete required training to function as a certified DOT Breath Alcohol Technician and Collector. Recent experience with 49 CFR Part 40 & Part 120 is preferred.

Ability to maintain professionalism at all times including dealing with difficult as well as sensitive situations such as direct observation collections.
