'-Provides support to Cloud Center of Expertise leadership team and development squads. -Creates and publishes dashboards and reporting to communicate backlog status and progress to stakeholders. -Triages and processes new requests from stakeholders/internal customers via established intake process. -Communicates with internal customers to clarify requests as needed. -Communicates milestones and accomplishments to stakeholders. -Provides support, resolving issues not requiring extensive system knowledge. -Analyzes issues to be resolved and helps provide solutions to meet the desired business outcomes -Understands and documents requirements to ensure team meets stakeholder needs. -Develops and/or update documentations and training materials.
