Management Team:

Sachin Alug, Chief Executive Officer:

Sachin, CEO of NLB Services, has more than 10 years experience in the global information technology and business process outsourcing industry, managing divisions and business units in United States, India and Europe.

His background includes IT strategic planning, business solutions, global team leadership, and lean six-sigma activities that have helped multiple organizations achieve aggressive business goals. Prior to his current role, Sachin was leading the enterprise resource planning (ERP) center of excellence team executing global oracle implementations for GE Energy. He started his career with GE in 2000. Prior to his role in ERP center of excellence, Sachin managed the Supply Chain and e-Engineering IT organizations for GE Rail in Erie, PA where he successfully led multiple digitization programs focusing on process improvements across Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing and Commercial operations.

Sachin holds a bachelors degree in Business and Accountancy from the University of Delhi and an MBA in Finance/Information Systems from Clarkson University, NY. Sachin is a certified six-sigma black belt. He is also a GE Information Management Leadership Program Alumni.

Paul White, Vice President – Technical Services:

As Vice president, Professional Services of NLB Services Inc, Paul brings over 18 years of development and management experience in the field of software, hardware & systems solution. Prior to joining NLB Services, he worked with TCS as vice president and GM of emerging products.

His experience spans a variety of areas like IT services on demand for the customers, Software product development, databases, global software and hardware engineering, services, onshore and offshore outsourcing. Paul plays a significant role in cultivating, generating and growing large scale relationships for new accounts in various verticals. Paul leverages his extensive background in engineering, execution of business strategy and product development to establish solutions that meet customer requirements.

He holds a BS degree in engineering. Paul is a certified six-sigma master black belt.

 
Advisory Board:

Bhaskar Banerjee, Senior Partner at Lumis:

Bhaskar, a Senior Partner at Lumis has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, IT and outsourcing industry in functions like Account Management, Business Development and Delivery Management. He has held senior positions with PricewaterhouseCoopers (US), United Parcel Service (US), GE (US) and Genpact (US and India) and has domain expertise in the supply chain functions of Manufacturing and Retail industries. Bhaskar is an Electronics Engineer from Jadavpur University, Calcutta and a Post Graduate in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.

Bhaskar managed complex management consulting and ERP engagements in the US during his tenure with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has been recognized by Fortune 500 clients for his problem solving and leadership skills. He was part of the team that incubated the Supply Chain Solutions business of United Parcel Service(UPS) and led the process of solution development (for supply chain outsourcing) and client acquisition for this business of UPS. In GE and Genpact, Bhaskar led outsourcing engagements amounting to $70M/year and managed complex multi-geography engagements across IT, supply chain and financial domains.

Bhaskar continues to use his experience of scaling up operations and his deep industry knowledge to work with innovative companies and make them successful in evolving and scaling new products and services. His problem solving skills and hands-on approach has been an asset to the organizations and the customers he works with. Bhaskar has been recognized in several organizations for his outstanding contribution towards program management and innovation.
